Where does QuPaw ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 3–11 business days. You will receive tracking details by email after shipment.
Will all items arrive together?
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. When that happens, each shipment will have its own tracking update.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $59 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping. Standard shipping is shown at checkout for smaller orders.
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
How do I track or change an order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. For order changes, email support@qupaw.com as soon as possible; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
